This year’s annual meeting of shareholders will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10th, 2022. Please note that you will have the option to attend the meeting either in person, at the Racquet Club at 1365 North Dearborn Parkway, or via Zoom videoconferencing. For those attending in person, there will be a cocktail reception following the meeting.
You will soon receive the official meeting notice including a proxy that we urge you to return whether you plan to attend the meeting or not so we can establish a quorum.
